What is SA-ArchPro?
The practice operating system for South African architectural practices — SACAP work stages, professional fees, documents, time and reporting in one portal.
Who is it for?
Registered professionals and practices of any size — and verified architecture students, who get the whole platform while they study.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial of the full platform. No card required to begin.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SA-ArchPro runs in your browser, on desktop and mobile, wherever you are.

How is pricing structured?
By practice size — solo to enterprise — billed monthly or annually. Every plan and price is on the pricing page.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — change tier or cancel anytime from within the portal.
How do fee calculations work?
Fee proposals are built on the gazetted SACAP guideline tariffs and stage apportionment, then carried through to stage invoicing. SACAP publishes these as guidelines — nothing the platform calculates is binding on you or your client.

Where is my data hosted?
In South Africa, with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) as the baseline for how personal information is handled.
Is my practice's data isolated?
Yes — per-practice tenant isolation, role-based permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, and exportable audit trails.
Does the AI see my clients' details?
Archie works under guardrails: client details are screened out before anything leaves your workspace, and it only ever sees the files you explicitly hand it.
Does SA-ArchPro issue documents for me?
No. It prepares, numbers and revision-controls them — issuing stays with you, the professional. Your judgment and your liability are never transferred to software.
